Blooming Natural Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates bloomingnaturalgardener.com. We are based in Barley, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 8LL. You can reach us at [email protected].

When you visit our website we collect:

• Usage data via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, time on site, how you arrived (e.g. via a search engine), and approximate location (country/region). This is collected only with your consent (see Cookies below). We do not enable advertising features or share data with Google for advertising purposes.
• First-party analytics — we also record structured events (e.g. which FAQ questions you read, which products you view) in our own systems. This helps us understand what questions customers have before buying, so we can make the site and our products more useful. No personally identifiable information is recorded — only a random session token.
• Order data — when you purchase, your order is processed by Shopify. We receive the order details (name, delivery address, items purchased) to fulfil your order. Please see Shopify’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Newsletter sign-up — if you subscribe, we store your email address and use it only to send you our occasional newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use two types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies — used to remember your shopping basket between pages. These do not require consent and cannot be opted out of while using the shop.
• Analytics cookies (GA4)— set by Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site. These are only set if you click “Accept cookies” on the banner that appears on your first visit. If you click “Reject”, no analytics cookies are written and no analytics data is collected.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key bn_consent. To change your choice, you can clear your browser data for this site and reload.

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a service provided by Google LLC. We have configured GA4 with Consent Mode v2, which means the analytics tag loads but does not write any cookies or collect any personal data until you accept cookies. We do not enable Google advertising features.
